What’s included
Bird & Gun
This program will introduce young puppies to birds and will appropriately introduce the sound of the shotgun & is intended to create the foundation necessary for a lifetime of hunting for the puppy and its owner.
Intermediate Training
This program will mirror our general obedience program and is intended to further the hunting dog’s drive for the bird and teach the basics of working a field for upland hunting.
Trained Retrieve
This program focuses on training a dog to finish a retrieve and do basic linework. We will work to advance a dog's skills and tailor the training to meet and exceed the client's expectations for their hunting experience.

Each of these programs builds upon the last and is a prerequisite for the next.
Additional Advanced hunting skills are available to further your dog's training and will be tailored to your dog's specific talents.
Any programs beyond Intermediate Hunting training will be scheduled following an evaluation by one of our professional trainers.
All dogs staying with us at Field Haven Kennels are required to be up to date on vaccinations including Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies.
